Creating an exciting beach front retail development along the white sand beaches of the Gulf Coast while protecting the existing wetlands results in The Shoppes at Palm Pointe. The development of 200,000 sf consisting of 7 buildings and 3 out lot parcels with the design contiguous to the development to create an exciting overall shopping experience. Included was the exterior design of a 54,000 sf Publix grocery store that is part of the Palm Pointe development. Set among tower condominiums along the beach, this center is a thriving shopping area.
