Colonial Mall Renovation: Greenville, North Carolina

The project consisted of taking an existing mall and upgrading the interior common area including: new floor tile and electrical/data service; new ceiling and lighting; new paint finishes; three new entrances. The renovation provides an upgraded feel for the retail market and reflects the vernacular of the local area.
